Our Leukopak Products
At BuyPBMCs, we carry a selection of leukapheresis products collected from both healthy and disease state donors.
These leuko samples are collected from donors who have been deemed to be in good health, meet our eligibility criteria, and have completed all Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms.
Healthy leukopak donors have also tested negative for HIV, HBV, and HCV.
Each of our leukopak products has roughly 10 billion leukocytes and up to 200 to 300 mL of matched plasma from a single healthy donor. And as with all BuyPBMC product orders, each sample is accompanied by complete blood count (CBC) report and clinical documentation stating the donors age, ethnicity, gender, date of diagnosis and current medications.
Disease State Leukopaks
Researchers often need to buy leukopaks that contain blood from donors who have been diagnosed for a specific condition, illness, or infection.
Human Peripheral Blood Leukopaks
It’s not uncommon for the average citizen to be unaware that there are different types of blood in the body. Peripheral blood refers to the circulating blood we see pumping through our veins. This blood is different than the blood found within organs like the liver, kidneys and spleen— which have their own unique systems.
Thus, human peripheral blood leukopaks only contain mobilized blood that flows throughout the body. These cell-packed leukapheresis products are obtained using advanced centrifugal technology that distributes the blood into a collection bag.
At BuyPBMCs, we stock the highest grade biospecimen blood and tissues products on the market, ensuring all of our products are collected in the United States utilizing Institutional Review Board (IRB)-approved consent forms and protocols.
Our blood and tissue products are manufactured and stored in our world-leading ISO-, CLIA-certified and CAP accredited facility. We are committed to using quality practices and ongoing audit and evaluations to drive continuous improvement throughout our site network to ensure the highest quality samples are obtained following the appropriate ethical standards.
